As a Contributor you will have the opportunity to share some of your knowledge and in turn promote your services and website.

Contributor Policies

All Contributors must be knowledgeable in his or her field.

All Contributors will be included in the DivorceDex Professional Search Directory after ten (10) approved contributions.

Lineage Software, Inc. reserves the right to accept or deny participation from any Contributor at any time for any reason.

Contribution Guidelines

All contributions must be divorce related and of educational nature.

Contributions may not promote and/or advertise a product or service.

Lineage Software, Inc. reserves the right to approve all contributions prior to publishing. This means any contribution may not be accepted or may be removed for any reason whatsoever.

Lineage Software, Inc. reserves the right to modify any contributions prior to and after approval. Modifications to contributions shall be limited to location, spelling, grammar, and length. In no way will Lineage Software, Inc. make any modification to any contribution that would result in altering the intended message or meaning.

Contributions can be removed from DivorceDex.com at anytime upon written request from the Contributor.

Contributions can be edited, updated, or changed at anytime upon e-mail notification from the Contributor.

Contributions will typically be reviewed, and if approved, published within one (1) business day.

All Contributors will receive proper recognition for all of his or her contributions with a byline consisting of, but not limited to; name and text link to a website (if desired).

Limitation of the Liability

In no event shall Lineage Software, Inc. be responsible for any consequential, special, lost profits or other damages arising from any failure to timely publish any contribution or contributor page. Without limiting the foregoing, Lineage Software, Inc. shall not have any liability for any failure or delay resulting from any governmental action, fire, flood, insurrection, earthquake, power failure, riot, explosion, embargo, strikes, whether legal or illegal, labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slowdown or any other condition beyond the control of Lineage Software, Inc. affecting production or delivery in any manner. Lineage Software, Inc. is not liable for any unexpected errors as far as incorrect links, misspellings, or incorrect contributions. We pride ourselves in preventing mistakes of such, so corrections will always be made as soon as possible. Contributions are accepted upon the representation that the Contributor has the right to publish the contents and material to which users can view. In no way can a Contributor hold Lineage Software, Inc. responsible for any infringments of a third party. Contributor agrees to indemnify and hold Divorce Source, Inc. harmless against any and all expenses or losses of any kind arising from contributing information content on DivorceDex.com.
